-First step basic meditation practice, taking refuge, Bodhi chitta, loving kindness and compassion practice with prayer. Four weeks
-Second steps mindfulness meditation practice
-Third’s steps Emptiness practice

prayers reading practice, mantras practice, teaching and meditation practice
