Admission Procedure (Grade 11)

Science Stream

1. Entrance Form Submission

Students seeking admission to the Science stream at Uniglobe Premier School, Kathmandu, Nepal must complete the online admission form available on the school’s website after the official announcement of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) results.

Students who have secured at least CGPA 2.85 with a minimum of B+ grade in Science, Mathematics, Optional Mathematics, and English will be eligible to apply. Students who have passed SEE without Optional Mathematics will not be eligible to apply for the Science stream.

After submitting the application form, students will receive important information such as the prospectus, fee structure, model questions, entrance exam center, symbol number, entrance date, and time through their registered email address.

Applicants must also attach a recently taken photograph with a white background along with the admission form.

2. Entrance Examination

  1. Uniglobe Premier School will conduct an entrance examination for admission to the Science stream.
  2. The date, time, and examination center will be communicated to applicants via email.
  3. The entrance exam will be paper-based, and model questions will be provided beforehand.
  4. The examination will include:
    • English – 20 marks
    • Science – 40 marks
    • Mathematics – 40 marks
  5. Answer sheets will be evaluated through a computerised system, students must carefully follow the instructions given by the invigilators.
  6. The entrance examination results will normally be published within two days after the examination , or may be announced on the day of the exam.
  7. Students listed in the merit list will be invited either for direct admission or an interview, depending on their ranking. Interview dates will be announced along with the results.

3. Admission Process

  1. Students selected for direct admission based on entrance results may complete the admission process within the specified deadline without appearing for an interview.
  2. Students shortlisted for interviews must successfully complete the interview to confirm admission.
  3. The school may publish more names in the merit list than the available seats, so students are advised to secure admission as early as possible.
  4. Scholarships will be offered to deserving students according to school policies and availability. Students are encouraged to complete the admission process early to benefit from available scholarship opportunities.
  5. Applicants and parents are advised to carefully review the fee structure, scholarship policy, and payment procedures before confirming admission.
